QuEST 2009 Highlights
Highlights from the recently concluded 2009 AFT QuEST conference in Washington, D.C., included AFT president Randi Weingarten's keynote address, a town hall meeting with U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, a panel on community schools and remarks from U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis. Daily updates from the conference, as well as video highlights, can be found on the AFT's QuEST 2009 Web site.
United We Serve bannerOn June 22, President Obama announced a nationwide service initiative, United We Serve, which is the beginning of a sustained, collaborative and focused effort to meet community needs and make service a way of life for all Americans.
Office Hours & General Meeting Time Reminder

In the Fall 2009 semester, Rowan AFT Local 2373 Offices will be open during the following hours:

Mon - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tue - 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Wed - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Thu - 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Fri - Closed

These are Fall 2009 hours.  Please check back in January for Spring 2010 hours
The office will be closed at least a 1/2 hour daily for a lunch.

Remember:  General Membership Meetings begin at 1:45 PM, and Executive Committee Meetings begin at 12:15 PM on Wednesdays or 1:45 PM on Fridays unless otherwise posted or when a last minute change has been made.

If you haven't already done so, be sure to register just under the login area to the right. "F.O.R.C.E." is the recognized bargaining agent for all Rowan University full and part-time faculty, librarians, professional staff, coaches, and adjunct faculty, representing members and constituents in negotiations with employing authorities at all levels.

This web site is intended to a comprehensive source for contract benefits and employee rights information. We are interested in what aspects of this website you find helpful and what needs improvement. Please let us know. Thank you.

Revised & corrected salary increase memo. The only change is to the promotions area which may seem a little complicated as you will see from the attached memo.
