Chaired by the Local's Negotiator, this committee prepares and collates surveys on local bargaining issues and participates in local negotiations. |

To develop, review and monitor the Local’s annual budget. Investigate and make suggestions for the fiscal management of the Local and the Local’s assets. |

Coordinates all matters of working conditions or other contractual concerns for the Camden Campus Staff. |
|
Committee on Political Education; raises money for political action and keeps members informed on political matters; lobbies legislature on matters affecting our interests; recommends specific action by membership. |

Coordinates all matters of working conditions or other contractual concerns for department chairs. |
|
Develops positions and programs on educational issues of interest to members. |
|
Conducts all referenda and all local elections. |
|
Fosters social, cultural, educational and civic pursuits and formulates and advocates programs that will advance the best interests of Chapter members, especially in such matters as pension, annuities, social security, health benefits, and fair taxation. Note: The F.O.R.C.E. Retirees’ Chapter Membership is open to all members of F.O.R.C.E. upon retirement.

Arranges gifts for members who are ill or who have had a birth or death in the family; keeps members informed of welfare and health issues.

Responsible for enforcing the contract through processing of grievances.

Keeps members informed and prepares special programs on matters of infringement of human rights; recommends specific action by membership.

Contacts new employees in the unit with information about the AFT; recruits new and continuing employees as FORCE members. |

Coordinates all matters of working conditions or other contractual concerns for the Professional Staff. (Chair is elected by Professional Staff.)

Prepares newsletters, flyers and notices for members; assists reps with bulletin board displays, etc.

Supervises the selection of recipients for AFT scholarships.

Coordinates all matters of working conditions or other contractual concerns for Adjunct Faculty.

Reviews F.O.R.C.E. Constitution and makes recommendations for revisions, updates, modifications and compliance. |

Reviews organization’s name and makes recommendations regarding the same.
